All physical products are shipped new, by USPS Priority Mail, and are not returnable for exchange unless damaged.

E-books are transmitted electronically.

Access to audio books is provided through a third-party vendor.

We only replace items if they are damaged in shipping.

If you need to exchange a physical product for the same item, send us an email at [email protected], and send your item to: Dahle Media Group, 1705 17th Ave. NW, New Brighton, MN 55112.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
